Chairman of the Mirasol Board

February 20, 2015, Vancouver, B.C. – Mirasol Resources Ltd (TSX-V: MRZ, Frankfurt: M8R) (“Mirasol” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Dana Prince has been appointed as the Chairman of the board of directors of the Company (the “Board”). Mr. Prince is an experienced securities lawyer and managing partner of a respected Vancouver law firm, whom was elected to the Board at the annual general meeting of shareholders of the Company on December 12, 2014.
