| As President, CEO, director and a founder of Mirasol, Mary Little oversees the execution of Mirasol's corporate strategy and objectives, business development and project joint ventures. Ms. Little brings more than 25 years of experience in the exploration and mining industry, including fifteen years in Latin America with major mining companies, where she held management positions including Country Manager, Business Development Manager, Principal Geologist and Corporate Development. With extensive experience in the exploration and evaluation of epithermal precious metals deposits, porphyry and sediment-hosted mineral environments, Ms. Little has focused on building Mirasol into a recognized exploration leader with a top technical team and project portfolio. Ms. Little also serves as a trustee to the Society of Economic Geologists Foundation. | ||
Stephen C. Nano, BSc (Hons)Vice President Exploration | ||
| Stephen Nano has over 22 years exploration and management experience throughout the Americas and the Asia Pacific working with large precious and base metal mining companies. Mr Nano has a wealth of experience in project generation, exploration, acquisition and mining in both senior management and technical roles, and has managed exploration teams over a diverse range of geographic and cultural environments. He is regarded as one of the frontier explorers of Santa Cruz epithermal province in Argentina where he has played a leading role in a range of gold and silver discoveries. Mr Nano is a founder of Mirasol Resources Ltd, a founder and director of Global Ore Discovery, an Australian based mineral energy and water consultancy, and is also actively involved in the development of the Australian geothermal industry. | ||
Timothy W. Heenan, BScExploration Manager & Director | ||
| Timothy Heenan has over 22 years of exploration experience throughout the Americas, and has worked exclusively in South and Central America since 1990. Mr Heenan has a wide range of diversified exploration experience throughout a range of geographic and geologic environments and is considered to be a highly skilled explorationist. Mr Heenan has extensive experience in design and implementation of generative to advanced exploration activities, and has been directly involved in the discovery and advancement of several high profile projects which are currently entering into their feasibility stage. Mr Heenan is a founder and director of Mirasol Resources Ltd, and has been based in Mendoza, Argentina with Mirasol as Exploration Manager since its inception in 2003. | ||
Douglas B. Silver, MScDirector | ||
| Mr. Douglas Silver is a well regarded mining industry entrepreneur and mineral economist whose career spans 30 years in business evaluation, corporate business development, investor relations, economic geology and capital raising. He founded Balfour Holdings, a management consultancy to the mining industry, where he provides strategic studies, expert opinion and valuations of mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Silver founded and built International Royalty Corporation, a diversified mining royalty firm recently acquired by Royal Gold in 2010. He is respected for his analytical contributions, industry connections and public presence, and has been recognized with several mining industry awards. | ||

| Mr. DeMare, a chartered accountant, has been President of Chase Management Inc. since 1991, providing accounting, management, securities regulatory compliance and corporate secretarial services to private and public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare also serves as an officer and/or director of a number of public-listed companies. Mr. DeMare holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia and is a member in good standing of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia. | ||
Paul G. Lhotka, PhD, P. GeolPrincipal Geologist | ||
| Dr. Paul Lhotka brings a wealth of experience in the exploration and mining industries with more than twelve years in South America during his thirty year career. Dr. Lhotka manages Mirasol's technical exploration programs, including quality control, and is a qualified person as defined by NI 43-101. He has held senior exploration positions in Canada, Chile and Argentina, in the past, with major mining companies. Dr. Lhotka was technical project manager and qualified person for the Navidad Silver Project in southern Argentina, and has contributed at the exploration, development and commencement of operations stages of operating silver mine in Patagonia, Argentina; as well as managed the geological phase of pre-feasibility study for an oxide copper project. | ||
